Phxjennifer
The Recipes generally sound good, but the author assumes you already know how to bake. Sometimes she leaves out how hot your oven should be, sometimes she buries a vital ingredient in the directions, rather than listing it in the beginning. One recipe called for a quarter cup of yeast (!), but I think she was talking about what modern cooks call a sourdough culture. The narrators all did a good job, but I would definitely have to write out these recipes and study them to get edible results.
