In this touching afternoon play, Stan is left to cope alone after the death of his wife of more than 40 years. With the support of a friendly TV chef's advice, he embarks on a journey to rediscover the love he once shared with Joyce. Along the way, Stan learns that he can also create culinary delights if he puts his mind to it.

Directed by Eoin OCallaghan and produced by Marilyn Imrie, this play features a talented cast including David Bradley as Stan, Julia Ford as Cheryl, Elizabeth Spriggs as Joyce, Tina Gray as Florrie, Jason Done as Tony, and David Holt himself.
