To do this we need to have faith in ourselves and shut out the negative forces that come into our lives. We have to stop the negative thoughts and not listen to the naysayers. Once we find what we want to do we can't think it to death, just take the chance and don't procrastinate, don't let doubt interfere. Excellent, remarkable, beautifully written. the concepts and suggestions in this book are comprehensive and life transforming. would recommend it to anyone. I can't put in my own words how useful the teachings in this book could be if one looks past his or her preconceived notions of mind, body and spirituality. I heard once that most do not hold disdain for religion as it holds man's conception of religion. which means that man has twisted and ruined religion by using it in corruption.

I hear one chapter and think, “I should share this with so-and-so” and then the next chapter comes up and, “oh, so and so would love this”. it’s easy to see how individual chapters apply to/ could help others but it’s even easier to see how it all applies to myself. Great book.
